Terms & Conditions

The Studio provides design and creative services (such as websites, branding, print, presentations and digital products) and practical administrative assistance (such as help preparing forms, applications and documents).

Each project's exact scope, deliverables and format are set out in the written quote. Anything not listed there is out of scope.

Prices on the website are starting prices. A written quote confirms the scope, deliverables, timeline and total cost, and is valid for 30 days.

A final quotation is always provided and approved before work begins.

A deposit (typically 50%) confirms the booking and start date. The balance is due on final delivery unless a staged schedule is agreed for larger projects.

Payment is by bank transfer or card. Invoices are due within 7 days. Final files and live sites are released once payment has cleared in full.

The Client provides clear instructions, timely feedback and prompt payment, and reviews all deliverables carefully before approving them.

Delays in feedback, content or payment will extend the project timeline.

The Client is responsible for supplying text, images, logos and other material, and confirms they have the right to use it.

The Client confirms that supplied content does not infringe third-party rights. The Studio is not liable for content provided by the Client.

Timelines in a quote are estimates and depend on prompt feedback, content and payment.

If the Client is unresponsive for more than 14 days the project may be paused, and a restart fee may apply.

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote (usually two).

Changes requested after a stage has been approved, or a change of creative direction, are treated as additional work.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved separately before it is carried out, and invoiced in addition to the original quote.

Either party may cancel a project in writing. The Client pays for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

If the Studio cancels without cause, amounts paid for work not yet carried out are refunded.

The deposit covers reserved time and initial work and is not refundable once a project has begun.

Completed and delivered work is not refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for detail. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable Irish or EU consumer law.

On full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the Client.

The Studio retains ownership of working files, source files and unused concepts unless separately agreed, and may reuse general techniques, code patterns and know-how.

Projects may use third-party tools, fonts, plugins, stock assets or platforms, each subject to its own licence and fees. These are the Client's responsibility unless included in the quote.

The Studio is not responsible for changes, outages or pricing by third-party providers.

Unless stated in the quote, domain registration and hosting are arranged and paid for by the Client, directly with the provider.

The Studio can set these up on the Client's behalf but does not own or guarantee third-party hosting or domain services.

Kelvin's Studio provides creative, digital and practical administrative assistance. Kelvin's Studio is not a law firm, immigration adviser, financial adviser, government agency or regulated professional advisory service. Any assistance with forms or applications is administrative in nature, and clients remain responsible for checking information and making their own decisions.

The Studio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.

The Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, data or business, arising from the work or its use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Project communication is by email or WhatsApp. Approvals given in writing are binding.

It is the Client's responsibility to check deliverables carefully before approving; errors found after final approval are corrected as new paid work.

Approving a quote, paying a deposit, or instructing the Studio to begin work confirms that you have read and accepted these terms.
