Refund & Cancellation Policy

Projects are made specifically for you. Once work has started, the time spent on research, design and revisions cannot be recovered, and this is reflected in the policy below.

A deposit reserves your start date and covers initial work. It is non-refundable once a project has begun.

If you cancel before any work has started, the deposit is refunded in full.

You may cancel in writing at any time. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date, and any balance of your deposit beyond that value is refunded.

Work completed and delivered before cancellation is payable in full.

If the Studio cancels a project without cause, any amount you have paid for work not yet carried out is refunded.

Completed milestones, delivered files and launched websites are not refundable, as the service has been provided.

Dissatisfaction with a design direction is addressed through the revision rounds included in your quote, not through a refund. Additional revisions can be arranged as paid work.

Ready-made digital products and downloads are non-refundable once the download has been provided, except where the file is faulty or not as described.

A refund of amounts paid for work not yet done may apply if the Studio is unable to deliver an agreed project, or where required by applicable consumer law.

A refund will not normally apply where work has been delivered as agreed, where the client stops responding, or where the client changes their mind after approving a stage.

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law.
