When you use the enquiry form the details you send are placed into an email in your own mail application: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, the service you're interested in, budget and your project description.

The form does not store anything on this website or a database — it only opens a pre-filled email for you to send.

If you contact the Studio by email, phone or WhatsApp, the Studio receives whatever contact information and message you choose to provide.

During a project the Studio may hold the files, content and information you provide so the work can be carried out and delivered.

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out and deliver an agreed project, and keep normal business records.

It is not sold or shared, and you are not added to marketing lists without your consent.

The Studio will contact you using the method you provide or request (email, phone or WhatsApp) about your enquiry or project.

Enquiry emails and project records are kept while there is a reasonable business reason — for example an active conversation, a live project, or accounting and tax records.

You can ask for your enquiry data to be deleted at any time, and it will be unless it must be kept by law.

Email is handled by an email provider; WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Website hosting, fonts and similar services may process limited technical data (such as an IP address) to serve the site. Advertising cookies are not used. If privacy-friendly analytics are added later, this section will be updated.

You can ask what information is held about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted, in line with applicable data-protection law.
